plasma proteomics (ProteoWizard-converted from MassHunter).
**New axis:** first **triple-quadrupole (QqQ)** instrument and first **SRM/MRM transition
chromatograms** in the corpus — exercises the writer's chromatogram path rather than spectra
(`chromatogramList` of `selected reaction monitoring chromatogram` entries).
